The mx masters are my go to as well. Logitech has gone down hill lately but these mice are awesome.

Check out keychron or ducky keyboards maybe? I’ve been much happier with them than the big names. Had each of the other keyboards you listed and they simply didn’t last or feel as premium as my keychron

My issues are up top, bottom half seems fine. We thought my issue was soy but over time the bad stuff came back and now I’m back at square one ugh.

Because my throat is inflamed and food is getting stuck and the allergist I spoke to as well as the gastroenterologist told me the skin tests wouldn’t do anything. The allergist I spoke to didn’t mention these blood tests I’m now referring to so I wasn’t sure if it was legit or not or if others have had similar experiences.

Yes, he’s great. I’m just looking for other options to nail down my issues.

Unfortunately my allergy is an internal one and skin tests (from what I’ve been told) don’t help with that.

Oof i could see how trying to click up or down on a small surface would be annoying. I think jabra is moving out of the consumer earbuds market.

The jabra set I have (I think elite 10?) Has one clicky button on each and can be adjusted to change what clicks do. One click pause, two clicks forward 1 min, hold right volume up, hold left volume down. Not sure it would work for you but can’t think of better. You might be able to do voice controls. I think some new models have head tracking that maybe could do functions? I’ve never looked into it.

More likely to die happy and enjoy living if you take care of yourself though

Maybe annihilation by Jeff vandermeer or Blindsight by Peter watts. Both of them have an ominous unknown quality. Lots of the suggestions listed are good but I don’t think many capture the tone you seem to be going for.
